The VX-1210-LM combines two game-changing features—the lifting frame structure and multi-slab synchronous slicing—into a single high-productivity machine purpose-built for mid-to-large scale stone factories targeting 80-120 m² per shift. This architecture eliminates the sequential cutting paradigm, instead processing entire blocks into finished slabs in a single automated cycle.

The lifting frame with 2200mm vertical travel simplifies block loading and enables progressive cutting strategies. Operators can start cutting from the top of the block and lower the wire incrementally, maintaining optimal cutting geometry as the block height decreases. This is particularly valuable for irregularly-shaped blocks where a fixed cutting plane would waste material at the block extremities.
